Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, has lauded the ongoing review of the sharing formula by the Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission, RMAFC.
Ikpeazu made the commendation when he received a delegation of the Federal Commissioner, representing the State at RMAFC, Chris Akomas, at Government Lodge, Aba.
He assured that the State would co-operate with the RMAFC, and make its position known soon, adding that with true federalism states will have powers to manage resources in their domains.
The Governor announced the setting up of a Committee to that effect.
