Ondo State Government has called on parents to report any public school that collects money from the pupils, order than the government’s approved fees.
The Permanent Secretary of the Ondo State Ministry of Education, Lola Amuda gave the warning yesterday in Akure, the state capital.
Amuda warns schools not to charge more than the approved N10,000 as the fee, stating that any school principal that charges more would be arrested and prosecuted.
The Permanent Secretary urged parents to report any school principal involved in the act of extorting them by collecting the beyond stipulated fee by the government.
