Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma has requested for the establishment of at least one Air Force Secondary School in the State to enable the state have a sense of belonging.
Uzodinma made the request during a courtesy visit of Senior Officers of the Air Force Ground Command Enugu led by the Commanding Officer, Frank Oparah in owerri, the state capital.
He acknowledged the critical role of the force and pledged the states support for the institution’s presence in the state.
The Governor also called on the Air Force authorities to urgently equip the already existing Medical Centre in the state so as to enable both personnel and Imolites have full medical access.
