House of Reps to investigate alleged exclusion of Rivers State from Loan

The House of Representatives says it has decided to investigate the alleged exclusion of Rivers State from the states to benefit from the World Bank loans.

The member representing Abua/Odual/Ahoada East Constituency of the state, Solomon Bob, moved a motion calling for an investigation into the allegation by Governor Nyesom Wike.

Recall that Governor Wike alleged that the federal government singled out his state from those eligible to benefit from the loans.
