The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has suspended the ongoing Continuous Voter Registration, CVR exercise in Niger State.
The State Resident Electoral Commissioner, Samuel Egwu, disclosed that the temporary suspension will last till October 3, 2021.
Egwu said the commission would display the register for those who have registered in the first quarter to have the opportunity to check for mistakes in their bio-data and other claims and objections.
He added that the display will take place at the state INEC Headquarters in the 25 Local government areas of the state.
