Lagos State Government says all the enforcement agencies in the state will join hands to enforce the anti-open grazing law.
The state Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotoso, who disclosed that the implementation of the anti-open grazing law in the state has begun, added that a task force, comprising all the law enforcement agencies in the state, was being put together.
Omotoso stated that anybody who acts contrary to the provisions of the law is liable and will be arrested.
Recall that the state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Monday signed the bill prohibiting open cattle grazing and trespass of cattle on land into law.
