Kogi government calls for partnership in Educational Sector

Kogi State Government has called on individuals and organizations to support the funding of education.

The Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Wemi Jones made the call during an invent competition held yesterday in Anyigba of the state.

Jones said education is a social service that requires massive funding which the government alone cannot do it.

The commissioner while commending the state governor for showing total commitment and dedication to the transformation of education in the state, appealed to individuals and organizations for private partnership in transforming the state’s education sector.
