Obaseki encourage residents to get vaccinated

Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has harped on the need for residents to get vaccinated and ensure compliance with safety protocols against COVID-19.

Obaseki disclosed this when he received the Chief Medical Director of the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, Darlington Obaseki, at the Government House in Benin City.

Obaseki expressed displeasure that people are making the vaccine administration a political issue.

The governor assured that his administration would sustain reforms in the health care sector to reposition the State as the country’s medical hub.
