The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency NDLEA has arrested a suspected fake soldier, Hayatu Galadima and his accomplice, Hamisu Adamu in Abuja.
A statement issued today by the NDLEA’s Director, Media and Advocacy, Femi Babafemi, disclosed that the duo was arrested at Gwagwalada, in Abuja in possession of hard drugs, ammunition and communication equipment suspected to be for use by bandits.
The statement revealed that several items were recovered from them including four army-coloured head masks and wallet containing an army identity card.
It stressed that preliminary investigation indicates that the suspects may have contact with bandits in the Northwest parts of the country.
