Hollywood Actor, Clint Eastwood has won a $6.1 million lawsuit against a company that used his image to advertise their products.
Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, Gary Klausner, awarded Eastwood and the company that manages his image rights, $6 million for unauthorized use of his name and likeness.
In the settlement, the court also ordered the company to pay approximately $95,000 in attorneys’ fees.
The company has also been blocked from ever using his name and likeness again.
