Zamfara Police Rescues 187 Kidnap Victims

Zamfara Police Command says it has rescued 187 people abducted by bandits in Tsibiri Forest in Maradun Local Government Area of the state.

The State Commissioner of Police, Ayuba Elkana who disclosed this yesterday said the victims have handed to the government for medical check-up before reuniting them to their families.

Elkana disclosed that the Victims were rescued unconditionally and commend the good people of the State who have keyed into the resolve of this administration to ensure the State is brought back to its normal peaceful state.
