At least 15 people have been killed and seven injured after a plane crashed in Russia’s Tatarstan region.
The Local Health Ministry who disclosed this today revealed that the plane was carrying a group of parachute jumpers, and seven people were pulled alive from the wreckage.
It noted that the seven survivors have been hospitalized with one in a serious condition.
