President Muhammadu Buhari has renewed the appointment of Milland Dikio as Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, for another one-year tenure.
A statement issued today by his Spokesman, Femi Adesina revealed that despite the challenges, Dikio has been able to command widespread respect among Niger Delta stakeholders.
The statement disclosed that the retired Nigerian Army Colonel was first appointed PAP Chief in August 2020.
