Wike Dissolves Ignatius Ajuru University Of Education Governing Council

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has dissolved the governing council of the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education.

A statement signed by the State Commissioner for Education, Kaniye Ebeku, revealed that the dissolution takes immediate effect.

The statement directed the council members to hand over all university property in their possession to the vice-chancellor of the university, Ozo-Mekuri Ndimele.
