Security Officials Kills 50 Bandits

Kaduna State Government says no fewer than 50 bandits have been killed by a combined team of security officials during an operation in Birnin Gwari local government area of the state.

The State Commissioner for internal Security and Home affairs, Samuel Aruwan, who disclosed this, said a Nigerian Air Force helicopter gunship provided close air support to ground troops when the bandits were spotted on five motorcycles, and were wiped out.
