The Uber Driver, Adedotun Clement, allegedly brutalized by security agents during the EndSARS memorial, at the Lekki tollgate, in Lagos State, has demanded the arrest and prosecution of the policemen who tortured him.
In a petition addressed to the commissioner of Police on Monday, Clement, through his lawyer, Inibehe Effiong, said the attack on him was a violation of the Police Act 2020.
The petitioner demands the sum of N500m, persecution and disciplinary actions against the policemen to remedy the violation of his right.
