FG Reiterates Commitment to Harmonize Salaries of Civil Servants.

The Federal Government has assured Federal Civil Servants of its commitment to harmonizing their salaries before the end of this year.

This was disclosed yesterday by the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Folasade Yemi-Esan during an interview with newsmen in Abuja.

Yemi-Esan revealed that the huge gulf in the salary scale of the public service needs to be addressed, adding that the Presidential Committee and Budget Secretariat are working with the Salaries, Income and Wages Commission to resolve the issue.
