House of Reps. to Probe Privatization Process of Delta Steel Company

Minister of State, Mines and Steel Development, Uchechukwu Ogah has faulted the privatization process of the Delta Steel Company.

The Minister stated this during plenary on Monday at the House of Representatives Committee on Steel and Metallurgy.

Ogah disclosed that there are anomalies with privatization agreement, while noting that the ministry was not carried along in the process of the privatization.

The committee resolved to summon the Managing Director of Premium Steel Company to appear on Wednesday, November 3.
