President Muhammadu Buhari has commiserated with the families of the victims involved in the building collapse at Ikoyi, Lagos State.
A statement signed by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, urged authorities to step up rescue efforts to rescue those trapped in the building.
The statement called on emergency institutions to provide all the necessary support to safeguard lives of the rescued.
Recall that at least 10 persons were feared dead on Monday when a 21-storey building collapsed on Gerard Road in the Ikoyi area of Lagos State.
