The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has presented a Certificate of Return to the Anambra State Governor-elect, Chukwuma Soludo.
This is sequel to the emergence of Soludo as the winner of the just concluded governorship election in the state.
Soludo received the Certificate of Return in a ceremony today in Awka, the state capital.
The Deputy Governor-elect, Onyeka Ibezim, also got his Certificate of Return.
