Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has assured that Muhammadu Buhari’s administration is committed to delivering sustainable sanitation and hygiene services to all Nigerians.
Osinbajo gave the assurance yesterday, at the virtual meeting of the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Steering Committee to review the progress report of the implementation of the ‘Clean Nigeria.
He called for effective collaboration among all levels of government and the private sector to ensure that the country achieves its goal to end open defecation by 2025.
The Vice President noted that the input of civil society organizations, private sector, development partners and the media had been invaluable.
