NYSC Warns Staff Against Corrupt Practices

The National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, has called on staff members to conform to ethical standards to strengthen the fight against corruption.

Director-General of NYSC, Shuaibu Ibrahim, who was represented by the Director Human Resource Management, Habiba Bappa, issued the warning at the induction and training of members of the NYSC Anti-corruption and Transparency Unit, ACTU, sub-units for Area Offices as well as state and FCT Secretariat.

Ibrahim noted that the move was to deepen the strides of the Corps towards impacting work ethics of integrity, transparency, accountability and efficiency.

It, however, enjoined the ACTU sub-units to be above board in complementing the efforts of the main unit at the headquarters.
