Haiti Prime Minister Swears in Cabinet

Haiti Prime Minister Ariel Henry has sworn in his new cabinet four months after he assumed leadership.

Henry revealed that his administration is doing the best it can to ensure public safety.

The appointments come as the country struggles with a rise in violence, kidnappings and ongoing fuel shortages.

Haiti is struggling with a spike in gang-related kidnappings, including the October 16 abduction of 17 missionaries with ties to an Ohio-based religious organization.
