The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, says it will withdraw and sanction students caught with illegal admissions starting for 2021/2022 academic sessions.
JAMB Director of Public Relations, Fabian Benjamin, disclosed this to newsmen on Sunday.
Benjamin noted that the board decided to forgive students with the illegal admissions on the grounds that they were victims.
Reports say at least 706,189 illegal admissions were uncovered in 114 universities, 137 polytechnics, 80 colleges of education and 37 other institutions.
