Plateau Police Rearrest Inmates

Plateau Police Command says it has rearrested nine inmates who escaped from the Medium Security Custodial Centre in Jos, the state capital.

The Command Public Relations Officer, Ubah Ogaba, confirmed the rearrests of the inmates while briefing newsmen on Monday.

Ogaba revealed that the State Commissioner of Police, Bartholomew Onyeka, led reinforcement to the scene of the incident.

Recall that on Sunday unidentified group of gunmen attack the correction facility in the state capital.
