Taraba State House of Assembly has warned that any Ministry, Department or Agency, MDAs that fails to defend its 2022 budget estimates would face sanction.
Speaker of the House, Joseph Kunini, gave the warning while declaring open the 2022 budget estimate defense.
Kunini stressed that budget defense by the MDAs is a constitutional obligation which must be fulfilled.
The Speaker maintained that the house will not dodge from its constitutional roles, adding that it will ensure full implementation of the 2022 budget.
