House of Representatives Approve Buhari’s $5.8billion Loan Request

The House of Representatives has approved President Muhammadu Buhari’s loan request of $5.8 billion and grant of $10 million.

The green chamber approved the request following the consideration of the report of the House Committee on Aids, Loans and Debt Management by the Committee of supply on Tuesday.

The House, however, asked the committee that the terms and conditions of the loan from the funding agencies be forwarded to the National Assembly for proper execution and commendation.
