The Chief of Army Staff, Faruk Yahaya has charged 4,000 newly-recruited soldiers of the Nigerian Army to put national interest over their personal interests as they discharge their duties.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by the Director of Army Public Relations, Onyema Nwachukwu on Saturday in Zaria, Kaduna state.
According to the statement, the training of recruits into the Nigerian Army is in fulfillment of the Army Headquarters Training Directives.
It congratulated the young soldiers for the successful completion of their training.
