ASUU Postpones Strike

The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has postponed its decision to embark on strike.

This was contained in a statement issued by the Union President, Emmanuel Odeke, after its National Executive Council meeting held at its National Secretariat, in Abuja.

The statement noted that consultations are ongoing.
Recall that ASUU had announced plans to embark on a strike over the Federal Government’s failure to meet its demands.
