President Muhammadu Buhari has commiserated with the family of late elder statesman, Ernest Shonekan.
A statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, revealed that President Buhari received the news with deep sadness.
The statement noted that Shonekan demonstrated his love and commitment towards the development of the country.
The former Head of the Interim National Government was announced dead on Tuesday at the age of 85.
