The United Nations, UN, has reappointed Amina Mohammed as Deputy Secretary-General.
The Secretary-General, António Guterres had announced that Mohammed will continue in the role during his second term.
Mohammed has worked for the actualization of UN.
Before her designation in January 2017, she was Minister of Environment and Special Adviser to Ex-Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Post-2015 Development Planning.
