House of Representatives to reconsider Electoral Amendment Bill

The House of Representatives has said it will reconsider the electoral amendment bill that was rejected by President Muhammadu Buhari.

The Speaker of the House, Femi Gbajabiamila, who made this known on Tuesday, said the lawmakers will list the bill for reconsideration on Wednesday.

Recall that in December, President Buhari rejected the bill due to the Direct Primaries clause in it.
