The Minister of labor and employment, Chris Ngige, has given a deadline to the management of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund, NSITF, to re-adjust its staff salary structure.
Ngige gave the order at the closing ceremony of a two-day Management Performance Review of the NSITF at the Nigerian Air Force, NAF, Centre, Abuja.
He gave the agency till the end of January 2022 to re adjust the salary structure, and three months to fully automate its operations.
The minister disclosed that the conduct of the team had justified the decision of President Muhammadu Buhari to relieve the immediate past management of its responsibilities.
