President Muhammadu Buhari has launched the National Policy on 5G for Nigeria’s Digital Economy.
Speaking during the launching ceremony, President Buhari, who noted that it will enhance security in the country, directed all security agencies to leverage the technology when deployed.
He revealed that the Federal Government will take advantage of the opportunities 5G network provides for the economy.
The President assured investors that as Nigeria begins the roll-out of the technology, the Federal Government would continue to provide an enabling environment for their businesses to thrive.
