President Muhammadu Buhari has signed an agreement to end open defecation in the country by 2025.
President Buhari signed a pledge card on Tuesday in his office, in the presence of the Minister of Water Resources, Engineer Suleiman Adamu in renewing Nigeria’s commitment to ending the scourge.
Recall that Buhari had on November 20, 2019 signed an Executive Order entitled, the Open Defecation-Free Nigeria by 2025 and Other Related Matters Order to eliminate the practice of open defecation.
