Abia State Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has reiterated his administration’s commitment towards promoting effective healthcare service delivery.
Governor Ikpeazu made this known during the ground breaking ceremony of the Aba Health Village, on Monday.
He said the Aba Health Village was conceptualized to end the quest for world class healthcare services outside the state, adding that the Health Village would include a School of Nursing and Midwifery, a specialist hospital for mother and child care and non-communicable diseases.
The Governor noted that the project was important in the area of providing medical training and healthcare services.
