The South East and South-South chapter of the National Association of Nigerian Students, NANS, has warned against insensitive school fees hike across Delta State-owned universities.
A statement issued by NANS Deputy Coordinator in the zone, Rex Oghale, said the development would be resisted vehemently if not reversed within the next 48 hours.
The statement warned against the impending mass protest by students over the development.
It called on Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, to intervene to avoid the breakdown of law and order at the institutions’ campuses.
