Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, says the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, is working towards uniting stakeholders ahead of the 2023 General Elections.
Governor Wike disclosed this on Thursday during an interview with newsmen after a peace meeting with Party Chieftains in Jos, the Plateau State Capital.
According to Wike, the parley was successful as all in attendance including former Governor, Jonah Jang and Ex-Governor of Old Bendel State, Jeremiah Useni agreed to drop their grievances.
The Governor stated that they agreed to bury their differences and forge a common alliance for the victory of the PDP in the State and to save Nigeria from APC’s maladministration.
