Kaduna State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has faulted the electoral laws of the state.
State Chairman of the party, Felix Hyat, noted that the laws were deliberately designed by Governor Nasir El-Rufai to serve as an instrument of electoral theft.
Hyat noted that the introduction of the Electronic Voting Machines, EVM, to improve the integrity of elections have been jettisoned by the inability of the courts to determine malpractices.
The Chairman demanded the immediate review of the current electoral law, and for the full participation of the public and relevant stakeholders in the process.
