Operatives of the Railway Command of the Nigerian Police Force, has arrested three railway tracks vandals in Abia State.
The State Commissioner of Police, Railway Command, Yetunde Longe, said the Command received a distress call from a concerned citizen that armed vandals numbering over five were sighted vandalizing rail track.
Longe revealed that the suspects were arrested after they engaged the police in a gun duel.
The Commissioner added that it is currently investigating the syndicate that specialized in vandalizing railway tracks in different parts of the country.
