Ebonyi Assembly Impeach Deputy Speaker

The Deputy speaker of Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Odefa Obasi, has been impeached.

A letter read by the Speaker of the House, Francis Nwifuru, claimed that Obasi’s removal followed his purported resignation as a member of the House.

He was replaced with the former Deputy Leader of the House, Kingsley Ikoro.
