Lawmakers Calls on Security Agencies to Restore Security in South East

The House of Representatives has urged all security agencies to form a joint taskforce to restore security in Anambra and Imo States.

The motion was moved by the member representing Nnewi North/sourth/Egwusigo, Chris Azubogu,
Azubogu stated there is urgent need to restore security in the States, noting that some traditional rulers in the state have deserted their kingdoms and resorted to residing outside their communities.

The lawmaker called on the government to restore full security in the states.
