Attack in Eastern Congo Claim lives

At least 20 civilians have been killed in an attack in the northeastern region of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, DRC.

The President of a Local Activist Organization, Odette Zawadi, said the attack occurred in the village of Kikura.

Zawadi said the assailants storm the village with wielding machetes and began burning of houses.

She, however, blamed the bloodshed on the Allied Democratic Forces, ADF armed group who were supposed to protect the people.
