Britain’s Heather Watson Moves to Second Round at Indian Wells

Britain’s Heather Watson, Katie Boulter and Harriet Dart moved to the second round at the Indian Wells.

Watson, who reached the last 16 in 2015, beat Spain’s Rebeka Masarova 7-5 6-2 in California.

Boulter, beat China’s Xinyu Wang 6-7 (8-10) 6-4 6-4, while Dart beat the Netherlands’ Lesley Kerkhove 6-1 7-5.
