The foreign ministers of Russia and Ukraine will hold talks in Turkey.
Ukraine’s Foreign Affairs Minister, Dmytro Kuleba, revealed that ahead of the face-to-face meeting with his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, his expectations were limited.
This comes after Ukraine accused Russia of bombing a children’s hospital an attack Kyiv says is a war crime.
UN Secretary General, António Guterres described the attack as horrific, and the US accused Russia of a barbaric use of military force.
