Chairman of Nigeria Governors Forum, NGF, Kayode Fayemi, has reiterated the need for community policing.
Fayemi stated this, during a panel discussion on security situation across states organized by NGF, in partnership with the Center for Democracy and Development, CDD.
He stated that Amotekun was achieving results with local intelligence in Ekiti state.
The Chairman stressed that until states and federal government begin to look at multi level policing, Nigeria will not meet the demands of the people for local security and global protection.
