Fire Guts EFCC Office in Port Harcourt

Reports say Fire gutted the exhibit dump of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, located at Iriebi in Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital.

EFCC’s spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren, confirmed this in a statement.

Secretary to the Commission, George Ekpungu, who was at the scene of the incident, assured that investigation had commenced to determine the cause of the inferno.

Ekpunugu added measures will be put in place to safeguard all exhibit dumps across the country.
