President Muhammadu Buhari has warned Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, and Governor Nasir el-Rufai; to desist from attacking Governor Mai Buni.
President Buhari issued the warning in a statement signed by his spokesman, Femi Adesina.
The statement urged the governors to allow the Buni-led Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Committee to proceed with all preparations to hold the March 26 convention of the party.
It implored all members of the Governors Forum to desist from any behavior that will lead to disunity in the ranks of the party, and jeopardize the transition to the convention.
