Ayade Signs Livestock Management Bill into Law

Cross River State governor, Ben Ayade, has signed the state’s Livestock and Grazing Management Bill into law.

Ayade assented to the bill during a brief ceremony at the Government House in Calabar, the state capital.

He described the new law as masterpieces of legislation, stating that there is a significant difference compared to states.
The Governor added that the law provides penalties for straying cattle, as well as cattle rustling.
