Cross River State chapter of the Nigeria Union of Pensioners, NUP, has decried the non-payment of gratuities since 2014.
Chairman of the State chapter of NUP, Eyo Eyo, lamented that not up to 50 per cent of them have received alert for January pension.
Eyo stated that the N50 million which was supposed to be set aside for the payment of gratuities, has been stalled.
The Chairman blamed the immediate past Head of Service for not raising a memo to that effect.
